About Architechtura

Architechtura is an AI construction plan checker. You upload a plan set; a multi-agent review reads the drawings, resolves which code edition and which local amendments actually govern the project, and returns the corrections a plan checker would write up, each one cited to the section it came from. A review takes about twenty minutes. The first one is free.

Why the code library exists

A review engine cannot cite a code section without first answering which code governs, so we maintain a researched adoption map: the adopted edition per discipline for every U.S. state and territory, plus the counties and cities where the local amendment layer is the thing that actually drives corrections. That map is published, in full, as the code library: 134 jurisdictions, free and ungated, resolved through the same code the review engine uses so a published page cannot claim a stack a review would not apply.

Who builds it

Architechtura is built by Evan Marcarelli and operated by Evan Marcarelli LLC.

What Architechtura is not

A review is a pre-submittal check. It is not a code determination, it does not replace a licensed design professional, and it has no standing with the authority having jurisdiction. The value is catching what a plan checker would flag before they flag it, not substituting for the plan checker.
